ATS Warranty Return Policy

Purchases of consumable Items including but not limited to: Fans, Capacitors, resistors, Collets and Hardware, DO NOT have any warranty and cannot be returned for credit. For all Non-Consumable items, ATS warrants its products to the original purchaser against any defects that are due to faulty material or workmanship for a period of one year.


This is a repair warranty and the customer must contact ATS for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) to return the unit for evaluation and possible warranty repair. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as products lost or damaged before they reach ATS. Please note: We do not refund original shipping and handling charges. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, acts of god, misuse, accidents, commercial use, any modifications to the product, improper connection, improper use, or attempted repair by any service center other than ATS. This warranty does not cover shipping, installation, removal or any other costs.


ATS Return For Credit Policy

Please contact ATS Customer Service to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Purchase will be credited in full, minus shipping charges, if the unit is unopened, returned within 30 days of purchase and is not included on our consumable parts list (consumable items include but are not limited to: fans, capacitors, resistors, collets and hardware).
